Contribs.org allows virtually anyone to add a link at will. The moderators then check it to make sure it works and publish the link. Any developer who requests it will be given an area for up/downloads for contribs and howtos.
There are currently over 125 links on this site and more are being added every day as time permits. There are also plans to add many other features to this site within the next few weeks that will address most, if not all, of the issues raised in prior threads.
