I would like to emphasize again Gordon's request. We have always been
extremely vigilant about GPL compliance and have gone to great lengths to
ensure that any and all derivative works we create are handled in a
manner compliant with the GPL. In the past, we have also reviewed our
entire
development process with our legal team to ensure our compliance. We
strongly believe in the need for licensing and do our best to ensure that
the license is very clear for each and every package we create.

As Gordon requested, please provide specifics to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
If this statement was a mistake (i.e. you were thinking of some other
project)
and there are no such cases to be found, I would ask that a statement
to that effect be posted to this list.

Thank you,
Dan
