- New MITM secure session and crypto protocol, with Silent Bob and the
ability to restart connection cached session keys (considerably faster).
- More uniform and logical handling of connections between nodes.
- Better layering of the protocol with support for arbitrary transport,
session/crypto, and presentation protocols.

Basically a synthesis of eveything that has been discussed here. We are
working on a full RFC type specification of the new protocol.
