Ok, I have a very crude Freenet.scripts.Setup committed to experimental
which pulls everything from the options registered with the
Freenet.Defaults class by Freenet.Core and Freenet.node.Node.

It's a little less user friendly now .. none of the involved questions,
it just spits out the little comments and demands a value.

Also, I have it so Fred will automatically create his config file if
it doesn't exist, by invoking Freenet.scripts.Setup with "-silent".

A good job jar entry, Mr. Bad, would be for someone to look at making
Freenet.scripts.Setup more user friendly, and to make sure all the
comments are sufficiently descriptive and the default values are
correct.
