New freenet.exe is in CVSROOT/Contrib/wininstall/Freenet as you'd expect.
All source in the obvious place too (../wininstall/Sources/freenet.exe)

To the best of my knowledge, this update fixes all current bugs and support
problems in freenet.exe

Subsequent to a parallel conversation on the support mailing list, the
following option might be better (since the actual source code for the
config.dll has, according to Sebastian, "gone missing" )

1. Rebuild the installer to use the old, original, tested+working Java
Configurator - i.e. take the config.dll right out of the installer, and in
fact also make sure the installer deletes any existing copy of config.dll in
the target installation directory.

We'll come back to config.dll AFTER this release.

David - hopefully Sebastian (since I cannot) will do an emergency release
as soon as he can. Could I ask a huge favour? Would you perhaps in the mean
time like to try the new improved freenet.exe using your ghosting test
setup? (i.e. do a 0.3.9.1-2 install, and after all files copied copy the
new freenet.exe over the old one to simulate the new one being installed,
and then test). I have absolutely no facilities to do OS ghost testing.

Dave
