Freegle currently scans the index every day. It uses a slightly hacked
version of KeyIndexClient that extends two days in the past and even two
days in the future (never found anything in the future indices though),
and waits for 10 consecutive misses before it exits.
You're right, Rob, most submissions come in over the website, but as of
late, I find something in the in-Freenet index every day. Sometimes only
one key, sometimes ten or more.
