[freenet-devl] fcpput - now autoredirects

A long-overdue change to fcpput, now in CVS.   Now, when inserting non-CHK files bigger than 32k, it automatically inserts CHK redirects.   Very overdue.   Sorry to anyone who has been frustrated up till now.   David
