Very nice!  Seems to work fine for me here.

I notice that updatesnapshot.exe no-longer seems to be part of the 
distro - is this deliberate?

Further, with snapshot updating, (and/or during installation), it would 
be nice to give the user the option to install the unstable snapshot 
(with all appropriate warnings about instability).  It would also be 
nice if the update could be done from the task-tray menu, not just the 
Start menu entry.

Perhaps the UpdateSnapshot.exe program could be replaced by just 
re-running the installer - possibly with a command-line option to change 
text where appropriate (from "install" to "upgrade").
