Well, my advice is to make the code available somewhere so that people can play with it, otherwise it is unlikely to go anywhere, hell, give it a name and announce it on Freshmeat. I am sure there are many people that would be interested in this - but by asking people to email you just to get the code, you create an unnecessary barrier to entry.
