Major new features relative to 0.5.0.7:

* Nodes are now permanent by default. Implementation of Address
Resolution Keys means you no longer need a permanent IP or DNS address
to run a permanent node. More dynamic routing combined with ARKs means
"permanent" nodes do not need to run 24x7. Automatic detection of IP
address simplifies installation further and keeps the ARK up to date.
* New HTML 4.01/CSS2 anonymity filter. Much safer than the old one,
removes content that could cause your web browser to violate your
anonymity by rewriting web pages to only contain code that it
  understands.
* Splitfile improvements. Much improved splitfile download/upload user
interface, optional automatic reinsertion of missing blocks, bugfixes.
* The Distribution Node - allows you to create a freenet distribution
page using locally generated seednodes, for example to include in your
  email signature.
* Lots of bug fixes!

Major changes since 0.5.1-rc1:
* Connections are not throttled during setup. This should reduce the
ridiculous authorizeTime's that we have seen, and hence improve
freenet hop times and latency. If you were relying on the bandwidth
limiter, well, it's never been exact, because it doesn't deal directly
with packets - you should look into your OS's support for bandwidth
limiting, and be conservative in your limits.
