this error message is only existant within the newer node-file-fixed
builds comitted by matthew.

maybe the file "node" already existed and so the "node-temp" could not
be renamed because the filename "node" was already allocated.
looking into the source, matthew forgot to check if the renameTo-file
already exists, and deleting it prior renaming to.
