This is technically incorrect; Freenet can store files up to
approximately 1% of the size of the data store. A default 256 MB data
store can only store files up to 2 megs. My 28 GB data store can store
much larger ones.

(All of the popular insertion tools will split large files automatically,
but nothing prevents an "attacker" from inserting a very large file
as a monolithic CHK.)

However, one of the things Matthew's been working on lately is a
way to limit the size of a key that a node (or fproxy?) will request.
I think this has the potential to overcome the "abuse" described
above.
