Still happening for me, on my connection at work now :/ Again this is a generalised problem, the http://www.coralcdn.org.nyud.net:8090/ example link still doesn't work. Although I seem to consistently get "connection refused" now instead of timeouts. I'm pretty sure there's something fundamentally broken in CoralCDN. If anyone else is seeing this and it's not just me going mad, we should turn off the coral redirection on emu so that people can actually download things!
