Since the purpose of this tool is to up- and download files into and from
common storage, it is a filesharing tool. Not implying that in the name
simply means that the tools name has no relation to its function, and is
therefore nondescriptive.

So just pick any random sequence of syllables that's easy to pronounce and
spell. It doesn't have to mean anything - in fact, it's better that it
doesn't mean anything, since if it does, it'll mislead users.

One could also argue that trying to hide the real purpose of a tool is an
admission that that purpose is wrongfull...

Finally, why does FUQID need replacing ? I thought it was working just
fine, even on Freenet 0.7 ?

How about just calling it "Freenet Downloading Tool", or FDT for short ?
