Add allowLocalAddresses UI to /darknet/ and FCP
What about adding something "visual" to see whether it's enabled or not
on the /darknet/ page ?
Like? I only use it when one of my nodes on the same host won't
connect; the visual is that they now connect. Other than that, I can
only think of some footnote or something. We don't have a visual for
other things when a peer is NEVER CONNECTED anyway.
