Perhaps it would be best (for the modern bibliophobic generation) to break the 
mutually exclusive four options into non-overlapping options (e.g. checkboxes):

[X] I don't mind others knowing that I use Freenet, esp. if it helps connecting 
with friends or my smartphone.
[ ] ...and it's okay if they browse Freenet through my computer
[ ] ...and it's okay if they start big file downloads
[ ] ...and it's okay if they manage downloads that I have started
