Seems like it has worked for me, all files in lib/ have a recent modifcation date and I don't get the warning about version mismatch anymore (used to be 'The Wrapper jar file currently in use is version "3.3.1" while the version of the Wrapper which launched this JVM is "3.2.3".') Thanks for finally fixing this, I am very paranoid about running outdated binaries and this should increase the trustworthyness of Freenet with regards to exploits quite a bit for the paranoid.
