AFAIK ArneBab's travel issues are more of organizational character, he has a 
family.
I would say that I also would struggle to find the time for long distance 
travel, given that I need to start working on my bachelor thesis in roughly 
two weeks. I'm supposed to be working on WOT 24x7 anyway :)
infinity0 lives close, but says he's not good at presentations.

Dunno about other candidates.
