There used to be a daily updated fetch-pull stats freesite [0], but digger3 appears to have stopped maintaining it quite some time ago.
Having statistics on the retrievability of data is essential in gauging the network's routing performance. I'd like to reinstate a freesite with such (or similar) data, but I'd rather not start from scratch. I have so far only been able find the code to compile and publish the statistics [1], but not the code to actually measure the retrievability and produce the raw data required for the statistics. Is there a place where the code to measuring the fetch-pull performance is published, or does anyone have a copy?
