I'm slightly concerned by the quality of the compiled list. Many of the
list's items are either overly specific (some even go into great detail
on why they are important, according to the author), or rather vague and
riddled with question marks. Some of the items are not actually tasks to
be valuated, but rather proposals on how to spend money — which was
essentially supposed to be a non-goal of this step.

Anyways, let's give this the benefit of the doubt: have my vote; find
attached the CSV related.

Short explanation to go with it: I'd rather see a better implementation
of less functionality, than the addition of more half-baked stuff to
what is supposed to be "core functionality".
