I like it's bright colors and it's simplicity, which is a plus from a responsive design point of view. The color palette is good regardless of some issues on the footer that are easily addressable. I think it lacks some wording below the rabbit logo, similar to most other designs, such as: "Leap over censorship. Escape total surveillance.". Maybe it'll end up too clustered that way, but I'll give it a try. This way the section below would be "What is Freenet". I like how the "Download", "Learn", "Donate" and "Volunteer" buttons are visually contained on the same section as the logo. There is a dotted line at that height that I'm not sure is part of the design or not. The social icons are somewhat lost over the mostly white background. Most of them will be removed anyways. The footer need some work mostly with the background color. Maybe use the same as the main color (background color in the logo section). My 2c.
