Only direct web access is blocked. Protocols which use ports other than port 80
have unrestricted access to the internet, so running a Freenet node or client is
not a problem.

I've had it working overnight, and I've been able to retrieve items. Also I can
tell from the logs and the state of my store that other nodes are able to
communicate with mine.
