Having just encountered: > Sorted this out on IRC thanks.
in a mail message, I thought it appropriate to ask if there is any serious development discussion going on in IRC that I might want to know about. For simple questions like the above, IRC is probably a good medium, but it sucks for serious discussion about the product. For one thing, important team members are on opposite sides of the big pond, there is no archive of IRC discussions, less time to reasearch and consider responses, and last but not least, a lot of people like me who consider IRC or any other form of instant messaging a complete waste of time that we don't ever intend to get involved with (Well, OK, I play IRC poker now and then--but I don't chat even there). -- Lee Daniel Crocker <lee at piclab.com> <http://www.piclab.com/lcrocker.html> "All inventions or works of authorship original to me, herein and past, are placed irrevocably in the public domain, and may be used or modified for any purpose, without permission, attribution, or notification."--LDC _______________________________________________ Freenet-dev mailing list Freenet-dev at lists.sourceforge.net http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/freenet-dev
