Hmmm, in that case nobody has anything to lose if we release on Monday,
but non-JDK people have much to gain in the form of all the improvements
that have been implemented since 0.1.  Encryption can wait until 0.3
which we could even release the following Monday if it is in there and
stable.

I actually think that we should take a leaf out of the Linux Kernel book
and do a release quite frequently, I think 3 weeks is a good interval,
particularly when development is preceeding at such a rapid pace.  It
also helps as it reminds people that we are still working very actively
and gets them into the habit of upgrading.
