They've been switched to KSKs.  The clients do not yet support SVKs or
CHKs, and its a little non-trivial to do so, since we'd want to code the
clients not to just insert the new keytypes, but to be able to insert KSKs
and SVKs with the CHK they point to (in other words, to insert two keys at
once, the SVK or KSK pointing to the new one).

What I'd like to do is have a 0.3 release with full server support of all
the new keytypes, then release a 0.3.1 with an updated client not too much
later.
