Actually, you *can* just give a KHK or KSK (depending on what is
default). But you have to use the full form for other types.

Yeah, why haven't they gotten rid of the port < 1024 restriction yet?
And if you really don't want people using ports under 1024 who aren't
authorized, why not just make a config file which contains of UIDs or
user names for the users who should be able to use ports < 1024?
