I want to wait for Itamar to get freenetlib 0.3 (there is no
freenetlib 0.2) fully working before there is any actual release of
Freenet 0.3. fnclient 0.1.0 is currently being debugged, and relies
on freenetlib 0.1.x, so it only supports Freenet 0.2 at this
point. fnclient 0.2.0 will the first version of fnclient to work with
Freenet 0.3, and will need freenetlib 0.3.
