This is impossible under the current design. Text is, after all, bits just
like any other file. You could set a maximum document size like e-mail and
news do. This won't stop the publication of binary data, it will just mean
an intermediary step of breaking the information into packets. I
personally feel that all information should be broken into equal length
packets anyway for purposes of steganography and load balancing. But we'll
see. Now don't get me wrong, I'd love to stop warez and piracy on
Freenet. They are two things which obscure the original point of the
project and cause me to find myself in countless tedious discussions about
intellectual property law. However, there is simply to way to distinguish
encrypted text from encrypted MP3s if the MP3s are broken up into
text-sized chunks.
