I think this is enough. 90% of all people don't bother changing the default
settings, especially if you ask them not to, so what we set as default would be
the practical limit anyways. If people want to use to big documents and watch
them to go slow and not get cached, then that is there own problem.

I agree. But This is a client issue, so it depends on the format of the client
meta-data (that which resides inside the Trailing field) which nobody has been
able to come to any conclusions about how to format.
