Ah, yes, I forgot to reply to this. inform.php is just a testing tool for right now. It will disappear eventually. Finding nodes when you first start is a tricky situation because they need to be trusted. If you don't care about trust, there will be publically accessible nodes, I think. You can find them via web search and Usenet posts. Trusted nodes you find from trusted people via e-mail or word of mouth. You find out about more nodes in the future via autodiscovery much like with Gnutella.
