Actually, it has to have no //, and must include key type as well
as key, so it's more like freenet:CHK1 at 7d68a991fe3a0a...

That will work until the feds shut it down, but having a set of them
scattered geographically might be good enough to bootstrap the system
sufficiently until it's large enough on its own.
