I added the pluggable transport layer. It works for insert and request here,
but I am tired so I may have overlooked something. Seeing as the code has been
broken for the last few days anyways, it shouldn't really matter.
As I have been warning, I bumped the protocol to 1.21 in preperation for the
experimenting with Crypto. Since I only got one objection, I did also move all
the values to hex for now. We could go back on this and use decimal, but I want
to stick to the string, numeric, boolean types of field values.
