Hash: SHA1
Adam, I'd like to change the way we hash the MPI to get the key again. I
prefer OpenPGP's method for this as well...
Hash 0, k for the first 20 bytes
Hash 0, 0, k, for the next 20 bytes
Hash 0, 0, 0, k for the next 20 bytes
..etc
This has no practical upper bound, and it shifts the position of the k
data in the hash, which should cause a greater change in the hash output.
