Hi All, I have now placed Theo Hong's excellent paper on Freenet online as HTML (having converted it from an original ASCII text file which he sent to me).
This is probably the best description of how Freenet works for the non-techie, and certainly the most up-to-date. I strongly suggest everybody not 100% familiar with Freenet's operation take a look at it.
