Regarding Unrequests,
The main objection I have is that an unrequests defeat's the nifty feature
freenet has to spread information if your just trying to localize it.
However we can retain this feature if the unrequest does not remove the data
but just reduces its priority in the datastore e.g. move it to its original
place or to the bottom of the datastore for downloaded items.
this would also defeat the request unrequest request unrequest attack.
I realize it weakens the strength of the unrequest but it feels better ...
