No, it is an intermediary between both ends, and thus negotiates separate
crypto between them. If you want to debug negotiation, the DiffieHelman
class in Freenet.crypt has a server mode that will let you connect to it
to just test key exchange. Likewise, Freenet.crypt.CipherLink has the
same thing, but it does key exchange AND crypto.
