And so am I. I'm a cryptographically inclined Libertarian fruitcake.
Here's my abbreviated CV:

 Name Jonathan Parry-McCulloch
 email jon at excession.com
I am currently a permanent member of staff for <snip> where I am a
Technical Consultant specialising in IT Security for the CONNECT
automated trading system. CONNECT is generally recognised as being
the best automated trading system in the world.

I became a permanent member of staff in July 1999 having been working
as contractor on the same project for 2 years. I have singlehandedly
designed and implemented the security API for the CONNECT project.

Owing to my permanent position, I now frequently become involved in
various IT security matters in the exchange.

Outside of work, I occasionally engage in a number of Internet
projects where I concentrate on the eCommerce side of things, as well
as the back-end system programming.

 Skills

Internet Security and eCommerce skills (SSL, Public Key
Infrastructures, certificate management, etc.)

Extensive programming experience in C/C++ on both Unix
and DOS/Windows platforms, including ten months' MS
Visual C++/MFC, Perl, HTML, some Java, and ancient
  skills in PASCAL, and Assembler.

I have more lately been involved in using cross-platform
C++ toolkits which allow you to build GUI applications
from a single source tree. I have recently written a
chapter for the SAMS publication "Learn C++
Programming on Linux in 21 Days" on just this topic
and am in negotiation for a whole book on the subject.
