Yes, although I suspect nobody would look at it, at least the current
broken build notification is sufficiently "in-your-face" that people
will see it.  I did also have a changelog page on the website, but a few
weeks ago the thing started to hang doing the cvs log... go figure?

Having said that, I think any efforts to streamline the development
process, such as your suggestion, would be useful.
