Rapid progress in the XML-RPC department. First of all, the insertion part
of the Chunked and Streaming APIs has been reworked a bit due to
complaints from clients developers.

Also, an XML parser (NanoXML) is now included in the source tree. It's
only 4 files, which I guess it why they call it NanoXML.

So you shouldn't need an external libraries to use XML-RPC in Java
anyway. You're still need them for the C and Guile interfaces. The Python
language has an XML parser included, so that's always been good.
