Umm, OK. I didn't say fproxy should generate CHKs without inserting the files:
you should use a command line client for that. It would be nice if fproxy could
find the CHK of a file already in freenet. But reinserting it is a reasonably
easy way to do it. Hadn't used fproxy to insert a file before. Tres cool!
