Mandatory libfcp status update follows.

By now libfcp works decently at what it's supposed to do, save for a few
oversights (fcp_close doesn't work properly, etc.). That doesn't mean it's
not going to change drastically. I think I'm going to significantly
rewrite the request part to allow for some different approaches to
threading, to implement redundancy, and generally make it less evil.

So right now I can't recommend trying to port it to Windows -- you're
better off using it as the starting point for your own version, IMHO.
