I was looking through my log files trying to figure out why seemingly reliable nodes are having their CP bashed down.
It looks like increaseContactProbability isn't being called for requests that end with a QueryRejected message. This seems wrong, since decreaseContactProbability is called if there's a failure connecting to the node, or if it doesn't reply in time.
