OK, well, do this:
apt-get install jikes
Now you have jikes.
apt-get install ant
Now you have ant.
Change to the Freenet/scripts and do this:
ant install-unix -Dbuild.compiler=jikes
-Dinstall-dir=/usr/local/stow/freenet
Set the install-dir to wherever you want Freenet installed.
