Also, the infamous authentication bug is still at large. My node starts
refusing connections very quickly, like after a few hundred or so.
Terrible. Also that linear datastore search takes *forever*. Good thing
Tavin's rewriting it.

What's worse is that by the time Whiterose is really solid (I say a month)
many nodes will be running 0.4. Ah well.

I doubt it can get much worse.
