No. Messages get lost, and the amount of time before we know something
is wrong depends on the HTL of the message.

Besides, I don't see why it matters if it is advantageous in finding
data - it would probably be advantageous in finding data to broadcast
every request as well...

I consider doing this tantamount to giving up...
