I've already done what I planned to do with arg processing in 0.4. Around the time I was working on it, thelema made the switch from java-style switches to gnu-style switches in 0.3, so I followed suit in 0.4. Nowhere did I use gnu.getopt, however, so that job is still open. If it is not done, it just means we don't get to combine switches.
