We just open the download page, the user would have to configure it's
browser to either dial up automatically (IE (and NS?) can do that),
otherwise, they'll have to manually dial up a connection and press
reload. I don't see an easy way around it from the installer script.

That fails in case Java hasn't been configured correctly, everything
else will fail then as well.
