If anyone is considering doing a windows release in the near future, I've
updated freenet.exe with two important features:

1 - A version tab on the .exe file for all the obvious support benefits it
gives us
2 - 'Annihilation-recovery' for when explorer.exe blows up from under it.
We all know how, occasionally, Microsoft's operating system implodes leaving
nothing but an empty screen - sometimes explorer.exe will choose to restart
itself. If it does, the freenet icon will be mysteriously missing from the
systray. The fix is described in MSDN, and allows an application to detect
when the underlying window manager has folded in on itself so that it can
recreate the systray icon as required!
