It's a different kind of flooding, no? For any key index system, you have the
flooding by adding zillions of bogus keys problem. For an in-freenet keyindex
you also have the possibility of spamming the pseudoupdating space and thus
slowing down future inserts to the point of not being usable. Maybe they are the
same thing.
