As far as XML-RPC is concerned, there should be no difference (except for
experimental, since that release doesn't work), so you should use the current
stable release, 0.3.9.1.

AFAIK, both the XML-RPC and FCP implemenations in 0.4 (what the experimental
branch will be when ready) will be backward compatable with that in 0.3.9.1.
